Aase Birkhaug Online Coach

My name is Aase Birkhaug, and I'm from Bergen, Norway. I earned my Enhanced-Level Coach certification at the Master's level in the United States three years ago and have been a Certified Specialist in General Physiotherapy for 30 years, specializing in orthopedics, musculoskeletal disorders, and pain management. I also have extensive experience with NAV cases, including disability benefits, AAP, and sick leave, addressing both personal and socio-economic challenges. As an international speaker, I reached 1.7 million people across five continents in 2023-2024, focusing on IKIGAI – the meaning and purpose of life. I also serve as the Education and Art Chancellor for Colombia's Student Organization, where I advocate for nature, art, and health. I offer health and life coaching, nutrition advice, health-based testing, and food intolerance testing through Eubiotek and USBiotek. My background includes studies in psychology, sociology, and health management, as well as certifications in ergonomic workplace assessments and therapeutic riding. I am internationally Certified artist ICA, floralist, Botanical Guide educated from UIB and have been awarded awards and art prizes internationally with a total of 151 art prizes and 155 international and national art exhibitions, Biennales, Art Fairs, Art Expos and Art Festivals. Art's impact on humans is central. I am also a Color Therapist with certifications from Udemy University in San Fransisco and courses in Art Therapy.
