Ready to Pack? Introducing Service Packages on Vixly!

Dear Vixly Community,

We're thrilled to introduce a powerful new feature on Vixly that allows you to create and offer customized service packages! With this new functionality, you can now bundle multiple sessions into a single package (X sessions of Y minutes for price Z) making it easier for clients to choose the perfect option that meets their needs.

Key Details to Know:
  • Flexible Packaging: You can create a variety of packages to match different client preferences and budgets.
  • Enhanced Client Experience: Offering packages can make your services more attractive to clients, leading to increased bookings and client satisfaction.
  • Streamlined Management: Easily manage your service offerings and update packages as needed.

We recommend that you continue to offer single-session services, especially for discovery calls or initial sessions. These can be free or paid, allowing potential clients to try your services before committing to a package. This approach can help build trust and encourage clients to invest in a package.

Please note the following regarding refund policy:
  • Single Session Services: Services that consist of one session will continue to follow the existing refund policy as defined by you as admin.
  • Multi-Session Packages: Services that consist of multiple sessions (packages) are non-refundable. However, if a client cancels a session that is part of a package within the cancellation cut-off period (X hours), they will regain the package credit. This credit can be used to schedule a new session as part of the same package.
Getting Started:
  1. Go to Admin > Services
  2. Create a new service or edit an existing one
  3. Select the desired Quantity (single session or X sessions) and set total price

We believe this new feature will be a significant enhancement to your service offerings, providing clients with more options and driving greater engagement.
