Managing your availability on Vixly just got easier!
You already use Vixly to set your general availability (e.g., Mondays 8:00 - 14:00). Now, you can also connect your Google Calendar, and Vixly will automatically check for Google Calendar events before showing available time slots to clients.
What This Means for You:
- No More Double Bookings - If you have an appointment in Google Calendar, Vixly will not show it as bookable time for clients.
- Expand Your Availability for More Bookings - You can confidently expand your availability, knowing that existing commitments will be respected.
- More Control Over Your Schedule - View both bookings and external appointments in your Vixly schedule.
Note: This new feature checks for calendar conflicts; it does not add Vixly bookings to Google Calendar. To see your Vixly bookings in your external calendar app, you may subscribe to your Vixly appointments.
How to Get Started:
- Connect Your Google Calendars - Vixly will check for overlapping events and prevent double bookings.
- Review Your General Availability - You may want to extend your available hours now that conflicts will be automatically blocked.
- View Vixly Bookings in Your Calendar App - Use our calendar subscription feature to see all your Vixly bookings in your external calendar app.
