I have two passions...well, more than two 😊... In HR, I love working with organisations to create a culture of compassion and accountability, empowering their people to thrive and the organisation to achieve its purpose. Another passion is helping women leading teams go from feeling doubt and overwhelmed to becoming confident, influential, and inspiring leaders who achieve success while staying true to themselves. My why is to inspire, elevate and empower more female leaders so that, together, we can change the world for the better. I imagine a world where every woman and girl is free and safe and lives a joyful, fulfilling, and harmonious life. I believe the best way to build this world is by doing it together. Together, we will disrupt social norms around women's roles in the workplace, business, politics, and family, fighting for women’s full and equitable participation in all facets of society—one woman at a time. OUTSIDE OF WORK 💫 When not in my day job as HR Director and Coaching and Mentoring my private clients, you will find me spending time with my family and friends, travelling to meet new places and cultures, indulging in soul-nourishing food, and enjoying the sun. I love Zumba and Latin music and dance. I'm a coffee and dark chocolate lover.
