Referral Program Terms and Conditions

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation of individuals or entities ("Referral Partners") in the referral program, the affiliate partner program and the solution partner program ("Referral Program") offered by Vixly AS ("Vixly").

By participating in the Referral Program, Referral Partners agree to comply with these Terms and any other applicable Vixly policies. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not participate in the Referral Program.

Referral Program Overview

The Referral Program allows Referral Partners to promote the Vixly's services and refer potential customers (referred to as "Referrals") to subscribe to Vixly's services.

Via the Vixly administration interface, Referral Partners get access to a unique referral link ("Link") that sets a cookie lasting for 90 days ("Cookie Period") when clicked by a Referral. If a Referral starts a free Vixly trial within the Cookie Period and within the 30-day trial period pays for a monthly Vixly subscription, the Referral Partner is eligible to earn a commission ("Commission").

The Commission is recurring and lasts as long as the Referral pays the monthly Vixly subscription.

Eligibility

Participation in the Referral Program is open to individuals and entities, subject to compliance with these Terms.

Commission Calculation and Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Commission percentage is 20% of the monthly Vixly subscription paid to Vixly by Referral.

Commissions will be paid automatically to the Referral Partner's Stripe account when Referral pays for the monthly Vixly subscription.

Marketing Guidelines

Referral Partners agree to promote the Vixly's services in a lawful and ethical manner.

Referral Partners shall not engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices when promoting the Vixly's services.

Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Referral Program at any time without further obligations, with or without cause, by providing notice to the other party.

Modifications

Vixly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Terms at any time, without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.

By participating in the Referral Program and using the Link, Referral Partners acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and any other applicable policies of Vixly.
